Relationship Manager - MF Collections

Job description Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds Collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize business outcomes. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and collections processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
