Relationship Manager - MF Collections

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual fund collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with mutual fund investments. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds, financial products, and investment services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the BFSI industry.
