Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and pursue new business leads to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while acquiring new ones. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Familiarity with sales principles and practices, with a focus on achieving targets.
