Relationship Manager - Micro Mortgages

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of financial products. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in relationship management and customer service. Familiarity with BFSI industry practices and regulations.
