Relationship Manager - MF Collections

Job description Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be based in Mumbai. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including mutual funds and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and identify trends. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred, with a focus on mutual fund collections. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
