Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and pursue new business leads to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients while acquiring new ones. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships. Familiarity with industry trends and competitor activity is an advantage.
