Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the community. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of merchant operations and financial products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology is an advantage.
