Relationship Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
