Relationship Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a relationship officer role. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
