Relationship Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with financial products and services is an advantage. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
