Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and other banking systems. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
