Branch Relationship Officer - UCV

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts and loans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage.
