Branch Relationship Officer - Used Car

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and banking operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage.
