This person will act not only as a recruiter but also as a client relationship manager, understanding client needs and providing timely candidate submissions. Regarding compensation, the salary will be discussed based on your experience. If your expectations are above 50K of range, we may not be aligned at this time. This is a fully remote role with a strong performance-based incentive structure in addition to the base salary: • Minimum incentive per placement: 10,000 • Maximum incentive per placement: 50,000 We value consistent performance and reward it accordingly. Job description The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Responsibilities The recruiter will use various platforms such as Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc., to identify relevant candidates. The key performance indicators (KPIs) will include submitting at least two candidates per day and achieving one placement per month, which is a practical and realistic goal. Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, submitting them to clients, and following up throughout the process. We prefer recruiters with experience in industries like finance, manufacturing, aerospace, defense (including secret clearance roles), tech, and IT. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 5+ years of experience in U.S. recruitment is required, specifically serving clients based in the United States. The majority of the roles we work on are direct hire, so we prefer candidates who have experience working on similar roles, particularly focusing on U.S. citizens and green card holders.
