Job description Aulten Digital Pvt Ltd is a leading Make-in-India, D2C power solutions brand known for energy-efficient voltage stabilizers and home electricals. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to handle complete HR operations at both our Head Office and Factory in Delhi. --- Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring (blue & white collar): sourcing, screening, interviews, joining, onboarding Implement aptitude and IQ-based hiring assessments Coordinate manpower planning with production and office departments HR Operations & Compliance Manage payroll, leaves, attendance, late coming, and full & final settlements Ensure timely PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings Maintain employee records and handle employee grievances Policy Development & HRMS Overhaul existing HR policies, processes, and documentation Implement and manage HRMS software for automation and transparency Define KRAs, reporting structures, work hours, and departmental protocols Employee Engagement & Retention Plan rewards, recognition programs, milestone-based incentives Handle team conflicts, toxic behavior, and foster a professional work environment Reduce attrition by improving onboarding and work satisfaction Training & Performance Management Conduct induction, compliance, and skills training Lead monthly performance reviews and create growth plans Monitor task closures and team accountability metrics Factory HR & Labour Management Conduct regular visits to the factory to manage workers and shift schedules Coordinate labour attendance, discipline, and contract compliance Maintain a healthy and compliant shop-floor culture --- Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree in HR / IR / Personnel Management 5–10 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing / D2C / electronics) Strong grasp of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI, and compliance Excellent command over English and Hindi Tech-savvy with HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting skills Proactive, structured, and ownership-driven attitude --- Perks and Benefits High-impact leadership role with growth opportunities Performance-based incentives and milestone bonuses Transparent, fast-paced, and digital-first work culture --- How to Apply: Apply directly via Naukri or send your CV on WhatsApp to 9811034901 with the subject line: “Application – HR Manager – Aulten” Role: Head - HR Industry Type: Consumer Electronics & Appliances Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: HR Operations Education PG: Any Postgraduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills HR Generalist ActivitiesPayroll ManagementHuman Resource ManagementHR AdministrationSalary Processing Appraisal ManagementAttendance ManagementLeave Management
