Business Analyst

Job description What you get to do in this role: Learn from our global group of teams how we currently on-board new members. Collect feedback to identify how our on-boarding process can be improved based on their experience. With this knowledge, design role-specific training curricula, including engaging videos, how to documents and other collateral required to get a new employees up to speed in their new role. Provide follow-up coaching and support. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. Work closely across teams to help facilitate training and other administrative tasks. Speak and present effectively, as well as motivate large classrooms in the communication of complex topics. Maintain direct communication with other onboarding and training teams. Update and maintain project tracking documents and prioritize issues. Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business. To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
