Job description Role & responsibilities RPA Business Analyst (International travel) Key Responsibilities Identify automation opportunities through onsite visits to global manufacturing facilities Partner directly with Plant VPs and Directors to understand operational challenges Conduct in-depth feasibility analyses and document process workflows Translate business requirements into detailed RPA functional specifications Collaborate with RPA developers to ensure high-quality automation solutions Support UAT and manage end-to-end deployment processes Facilitate stakeholder communication and drive successful implementation What Were Looking For 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to RPA projects Deep understanding of automation tools and enterprise digital transformation Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Willingness to travel internationally for process discovery and business engagement Why Join Us?
