Field Risk Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in risk management and analysis. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats to the organization. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and report on risk performance metrics to senior management. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance risk management practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in risk management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with risk management software and tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
