Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate in the Risk Containment Unit at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses. Conduct thorough analysis of risks and develop mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks. Design and maintain risk models and frameworks. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices.
