Field Risk Officer

Job description We are looking for a skilled Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify potential threats to the organization. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on risk performance metrics to senior management. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Experience in the BFSI industry is preferred, with knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
