Legal Officer

Job description We are looking for a skilled Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, with 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal advice and support on various matters related to banking operations. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal issues and disputes. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests. Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
