Regional Receivable Manager

Job description We are looking for a skilled Regional Receivable Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in managing receivables and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the collection process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Develop and implement strategies to improve receivable management and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics to senior management. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Job Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven track record of success in managing receivables and driving business growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with financial systems and software applications.
