Credit Manager

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage credit portfolios and make informed decisions on loan approvals. Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analyses. Develop and implement effective credit management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Monitor and report on credit performance metrics. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
