Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in handling receivables and collections. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivable functions. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues related to payments. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accounts receivable aging analysis and credit utilization. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding receivables and collections. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions related to accounts receivable. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
