Credit Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in credit analysis and risk management. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments on potential clients. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Monitor and manage credit portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on credit-related matters to internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in credit markets. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of credit risk management strategies and techniques. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
