Legal Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests. Ensure all legal activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
