Receivable Executive

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in receivables management. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the entire receivables process, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to receivables. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to receivables. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions related to receivables. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Experience working in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role or organization.
