Job description Role Description: We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for IT projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX design principles, user research, and prototyping, and will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to bring ideas to life. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Translate business and user requirements into intuitive UX designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI designers, and product managers. Advocate for the user by keeping user-centered design principles at the forefront of decision-making. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to design-related discussions and planning. Ensure design consistency across platforms while aligning with brand and accessibility guidelines. Technical Skills: Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD. Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and information architecture. Experience with wireframing, low- and high-fidelity prototyping, and iterative design. Ability to conduct and apply findings from user research and usability testing. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development principles. Experience with design systems and component-based design (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap). Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG). Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Behavioral Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to changing requirements Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options. Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science /Engineering/Information Technology Candidate with non-computer science degree must have minimum 1 year of relevant experience Certification if any: Any Standard certifications. Years Experience & Knowledge: 3–5 years of experience in UX design, ideally in IT or software development environments. Demonstrated experience working on complex IT systems, platforms, or enterprise software. Experience in both web and mobile UX design.
