Executive - MIS

Job description Role & responsibilities Prepare and circulate category wise sales report to the team on weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Coordinate with Business Heads and State Heads to prepare state-wise MIS on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Update hierarchy chart in the system whenever there is any exit or new joining in the department. Timely update Super Stockist/Distributor/Vendor data and creation / modification of business partner / customers in the system. Create & prepare Category-SKU wise sales report on daily / weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis to support business leaders to track sales versus achievement versus growth. Collect category wise PJP (Pre-Planned Journey Plan) from sales team and ensure approval of these plans by Business Head. Coordinate and submit dully approved PJPs to Regional HR on weekly or monthly basis. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Sales process / operations and market within the industry is preferred. Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and Sales Automations Software. Proven experience in sales data analysis, reporting, and MIS Punctual, reliable, and strong communication skills Self-motivated and strong analytical skills Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time-management skills.
