Job description Role & responsibilities Preparation of detailed baseline schedule as per contract scope of work with Manpower, Resources, Equipment & Materials. Cost & Resources loaded schedule in MSP or Primavera Preparation of Project Procurement Plan, P&M deployment schedule, formwork deployment schedule & Logistic Plan. Prepare Monthly and weekly look ahead schedules and catch-up plans Track the productivity data to forecast required manpower Preparation of control budget as per companys standard format Monthly invoicing plan derived from baseline schedule and monthly cash flow of the project.
