Receivable Executive

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivable management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with receivables, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
