Manager-Mechanical Maintenance (Need from Construction Industry only)

Job description Role & responsibilities Experience in Plant maintenance, planning and inventory management. Developing and implementing maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance plans for all machinery, equipment, and facilities. Overseeing maintenance personnel, training them on safety procedures, and coaching them on best practices Monitoring equipment performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending repairs or replacements Ensuring construction equipment are properly maintained and repaired Implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and equipment failures Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implementing changes Maintenance of plant equipments and components with improvement in reliability and Maintenance Planning/scheduling, Monitoring & Control, Inventory Control. Preparation of budget/monthly reports and monitoring of Material /service expenses of maintenance services. Maintenance of BOM and other documentation/records in SAP for procurement activities/future purposes Exposure of SAP PM/MM Module is must Preparation of PRs and Management approval Coordination and communication with other departments and vendors for activities related to plant machinery maintenance Preparation of all types of MIS reports for as per management requirement (Daily, Weekly and Monthly etc.) related analysis and forecast Planning & forecasting the material requirements Ensure materials interchangeability as to provide alternative or equivalent materials for use it helps in reduce inventory level and avoid extra purchase. Ability to identify and resolve issues related to maintenance activities and parts inventory.
