Position: Inter CA Passed Candidate Locations: Various locations across Odisha (Specific locations will be discussed during the interview process). Salary: 70,000 per month Key Responsibilities: As an Inter CA professional, you will be integral to our finance and accounting functions, with responsibilities including, but not limited to: * Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. * Conducting financial analysis and identifying discrepancies. * Supporting internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Assisting with tax computations, filings, and compliance (Income Tax, GST, etc.). * Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger management. * Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. * Contributing to financial planning and forecasting processes. * Collaborating with senior team members and other departments. * Staying updated on the latest accounting principles, auditing standards, and tax regulations. Qualifications: * Successfully passed the CA Intermediate (Inter CA) examinations. * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * High level of integrity and professional ethics.
