Job description Roles and Responsibilities Lead manufacturing engineering projects, including capacity planning, process design, and line balancing. Conduct work measurement studies to optimize production processes and improve productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and cycle time reduction strategies. Develop and maintain accurate capacity plans to ensure efficient use of resources. Analyze data from various sources (e.g., OEE reports) to identify areas for improvement.
