Senior Manager/Manager- Architect

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare detailed design coordination drawings for residential projects, focusing on high rise buildings and working drawings. Develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges while maintaining adherence to company standards and regulations. Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile 12-18 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch degree required). Strong proficiency in Autocad software; knowledge of other CAD tools an added advantage. Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing construction projects.
