Job description We enable #HumanFirstDigital We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead - Automation Engineering (SDET) who will lead our quality automation efforts across critical projects , including Generative AI systems. This role demands deep technical expertise in test automation, Playwright framework, and modern test strategies for AI-powered applications. Exposure to Java is a plus. Candidate should guide a team of SDETs and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define quality goals, build robust ,reusable test automation scripts, and ensure delivery of reliable, scalable software solutions. He should be passionate about automation, test engineering, and quality at scale. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SDET practices, strong programming skills, expertise in Playwright for test automation, and a working knowledge of Generative AI testing frameworks. Exposure to Java and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure the quality of our software products through robust automated testing strategies and performance validation. Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright. Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI). Collaborate with development and QA teams to drive a shift-left testing approach. Solid understanding of QA methodologies: Unit, Integration, E2E, Regression, Smoke, etc. WE DO NOT HAVE PLAYWRIGHT AS drop down in "PRIMARY SKILL". SO PLEASE REFER JD.
