Job description Inventory Management: Closely monitor stock levels at the warehouse, ensure timely inwards and outwards, and highlight inventory discrepancies. Also, need to manage near-expiry/ expiry inventory to avoid customer complaints. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the central team to prioritize schedule order processing, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Data Tracking Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of warehouse activities, generate reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and share insights with the central operations team. Training Development: Assist in training warehouse staff to meet the operational needs and improve the overall performance of the warehouse. Vendor Management: Align and ensure availability of ad-hoc dedicated vehicles for timely deliveries Follow-up and Coordination: Day-to-day coordination with Central Ops Team and Transporters to ensure timely delivery Planning and Execution: Route Planning for dedicated vehicles to ensure fleet route optimization Cycle Count: requires conducting cycle audits on regular basis to ensure inventory accuracy Going Extra Mile: apart from these, should be agile to help the warehouse team for extending support for picking, packing, and dispatching.
