Key Responsibilities: Designing: Create engaging graphics for social media, ads, website, and marketing materials. Design promotional creatives, banners, flyers, reels, and short videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency. Digital Marketing: Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Manage and grow social media pages with strategic content planning. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI and audience engagement. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in both graphic designing and digital marketing. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar design software). Practical knowledge of running and optimizing paid ad campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing trends. Creative thinking with attention to detail and branding.
