You will play a crucial role in developing solutions that drive business success and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the application development process from concept to delivery.- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.- Implement best practices for application development.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization.- Experience in designing and implementing personalized customer experiences.- Knowledge of data analytics and customer segmentation techniques.- Hands-on experience in integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other marketing tools. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
