Associate - PMS/AIF

Job description Role & responsibilities - Cash flow management, providing cash flow reports to Portfolio/fund managers on daily basis. Daily BOD / EOD activities including - Bank and Holding reconciliation Trade matching and other end of day activities related to portfolio in the system. Preparing, accounting of Income, Expenses, Subscriptions and redemptions in system. Redemption working and timely payout to investors Client on-boarding, creating client master and uploading it in the system for new investors. Providing MIS and resolving queries of investor service team. Supporting and providing data to Internal, Statutory auditors. Supporting Fund management team for trades and other report requirements. Preparing regulatory reports like SEBI Monthly, quarterly reports. Preferred candidate profile Good Knowledge of MS-office Word, Excel, PPT.
