Job description 1) Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained andmaintained (ISO 9001/14001/18001) 2) Ensures all company policies, procedures, and work instructions aredocumented in a clear, simple and concise manner. 3)Train all company personnel in the documented company policies. 4) Conduct safety, quality and environmental system compliance audit. 5) Control and maintain the company internal audit and assessment schedule. 6) Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems,compliance, customer feedback 7) Ensure that internal audit program is adopted to verify that the QMSconforms to planned QMS arrangements, and is effectively implemented andmaintained. Ensure that appropriate action is taken. 8) Conducting MRM, internal and external audits 09 ) Work with operating staff to establish procedures,standards, and systems 1 0 ) Ensuring all the team members havereceived safety induction training and other job safety trainings. 1 1 )Taking additional responsibility forimproving the EHS culture in the Organisation. 12) To drive ECR/ECNprocess.
