Junior Safety Officer

Job description Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Junior Safety Officer to support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at our residential high-rise construction sites. The ideal candidate will have 02 years of experience and a passion for promoting a safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders with safety certifications to gain hands-on site experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing site safety plans in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. Conduct routine site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment. Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, scaffolding, crane operations, and formwork (including Mivan systems). Report unsafe practices, near-misses, and incidents, and follow up on corrective actions. Participate in toolbox talks, safety drills, and safety training programs for site personnel. Maintain daily and weekly safety checklists, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and HSE teams to ensure a safe working environment. Support senior safety officers in audits, incident investigations, and compliance tracking.
