Vehicle Supervisor

Job description We are looking for a Vehicle Supervisor who has strong operational and technical knowledge in managing taxi/cab operations, particularly involving app-based platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day vehicle operations, overseeing driver coordination, and managing the app-based registration, tracking, and revenue systems. This role requires both field and system-level management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Register and onboard vehicles/drivers onto app-based platforms (Ola, Uber, Rapido, etc.) Coordinate and supervise vehicle movements and daily operations. Monitor revenue generation and prepare daily performance reports. Handle app-based fleet tracking, trip monitoring, and issue resolution. Assist in the development and management of the companys own cab booking app. Supervise the operations at the hub and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Liaise with drivers, provide training/support, and resolve operational challenges. Required Skills & Profile: Must have prior experience in managing app-based cab/taxi operations. Good understanding of fleet management software, GPS tracking, and mobile apps. Familiarity with platforms like Ola, Uber, Rapido is essential. Strong coordination, supervisory, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple vehicles and drivers. Proficient in basic computer operations and report generation.
