AR Caller - Denial Management

Job description We are looking for an experienced AR Caller Denial Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US healthcare RCM process, particularly in handling and resolving claim denials. Roles and Responsibilities: Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling with a focus on Denial Management. Review work orders and follow up with insurance carriers regarding claim status. Analyze and resolve denied claims with a high level of accuracy and within TAT. Ensure quality standards and compliance in all communications and processes. Maintain regular communication with insurance companies and update internal systems accordingly. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling with expertise in Denial Management. Should have strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in MS Office tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Prior experience in a similar role within the US Healthcare industry is a must. Qualifications: Graduate in any stream.
