Staff Nurse

Job description Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing IVs. Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans. Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation. Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care. Ensure infection control protocols and safety procedures are followed. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Prepare patients for medical examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Operate and monitor medical equipment as required. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
