Transport Executive

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Plan and optimize routes for transportation of goods between warehouses, depots, and delivery points. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of packages. Monitor vehicle tracking systems to track the movement of vehicles and optimize route efficiency. Collaborate with warehouse operations team to plan line hauls (long-distance transportation) efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all aspects of transport operations. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in route planning, GPS tracking, or related field. Strong understanding of transport operations, including line hauling and warehouse operations. Proficiency in using software applications for route optimization and tracking (e.g. Google Maps). Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions about route optimization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
