Graphic Designer

Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop original, compelling visuals for packaging, digital marketing, in-store displays, brochures, social media, and other communication materials. 2. Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects and ensure alignment with the brands voice and guidelines. 3. Adapt and localize global design templates for regional use, ensuring cultural and market relevance. 4. Stay updated with design trends and competitive activity within the FMCG space. 5. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support team goals. Preferred Skills: 1. Familiarity with print production processes and packaging design. 2. Knowledge of marketing strategies, especially within the FMCG sector & Digital marketing. 3. Basic understanding UX design is a bonus. 4. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 2. 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within FMCG or related industries. 3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) & CorelDRAW. 4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across packaging, digital, and print. 5. Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 7. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 8. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
