Tele Sales Executive

Job description We are looking for an experienced telesales representative. We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales or digital marketing Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. To ensure success as a telesales representative, you should have experience in telesales and cold calling, and the ability to multitask. Telesales Team Leader Responsibilities: Learning and understanding company insurance products and digital marketing Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets. Maintaining customer service standards and customer relationships Handling escalated customer complaints Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc. Compiling and presenting sales reports. Telesales Team Leader Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business management or similar field. Proven experience as Telesales. Strong sales skills. Skills in MS Office. Previous customer service experience required for this position Ability to multitask. Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to write and present reports.
