Import Logistics Executive

Job description Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Import Coordination*: Coordinate the import of goods, including communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. 2. *Customs Clearance*: Ensure compliance with customs regulations, prepare and submit customs documentation, and facilitate clearance of goods. 3. *Shipment Tracking*: Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. *Inventory Management*: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate inventory reporting, and optimize storage and handling. 5. *Supplier Management*: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. 6. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
