Job description Desired Candidate Profile Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of senior backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers Drive the development, maintenance, and optimization of a large-scale, modern full stack search platform Ensure timely resolution of production issues and incidents across the stack Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software solutions Work closely with a global team to evolve the platforms architecture and capabilities Oversee and participate in the release process, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments Optimize both backend and frontend codebases and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availability Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture Requirements: 6+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong backend foundation 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, object databases, ElasticSearch/Solr Solid experience with frontend technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Stencil.js, Svelte, CSS, HTML Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of scalable, high-performance system design Excellent communication skills in English (B2+) Nice-to-have: Python, ETL pipelines, big data solutions, Node.js, test automation tools Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and a proactive mindset Team Information: Agile environment using SAFe, Scrum/Kanban methodologies Friendly, collaborative team culture Microservice architecture with extensive CI/CD automation Tools: Git, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, i3 by Tieto (search backend) Role: Full Stack Developer Industry Type: Software Product Department: Engineering - Software & QA Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development Education UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills JavaSpring BootAWS DockerTypescriptJavascriptRest Api ServicesElastic SearchKubernetes
